“i was in a HORRIBLE situation… decided to dye my hair and bleach it and it went horribly. my hair was damaged, three different colors, and all over the place. i called… explained my situation and kim said they were booked for the day but was nice enough to give me a free sample of a product to help me out in the mean time. kim saw my hair and decided to squeeze me in and helped me. she was able to turn my disaster of hair, and got me to the exact color i wanted. she ran though a step by step process of what she was going to do, was great with communication, offered me snacks and water, and was just so nice. i normally don’t write reviews but kim really did her big one. thank you kim! i love my hair i will be back.“
