I made an appointment for builder gel, I was greeted nicely when I enter the Nail salon and I confirmed I was getting builder gel, he points me to a table with nail color selections and I choose my color. I sit with Lena and confirm builder gels she nods her head m. And proceed to down down my nails, which are very weak. This was my first time here my daughters come here and was treating me to a manicure because I usually grab some press ons and call it a day. I have been going to Star Nail for many years. Jenny and her team are always very friendly and courteous. She knows everyone names, that’s big .Leon has been doing my nails for years and i am never disappointed with his work, even when i don’t know what i want, he always creates something great. I have been to other Salons but always find my way back there. They also have great prices. Go check them out sometime, you won’t be disappointed.
I have felt very rushed at times when receiving a pedicure.
I am an easy client , nothing fancy , but the there is 1 tech there , female , who rushes you and is very rough and acts like not only are you an interruption Into her day , but she hates her job . Like most people , it's a bit of a luxury for me , its not cheap, and I work on my feet in health care all day . Not interested in getting rushed through a session and having the tech literally hurt me . I will try other places going forward . You own a business , polish up your customer service
