We love the standard poodle look so they do an amazing job at clean paws and face and the detail they put into her cut is always appreciated. She is a very nervous dog around strangers and didn’t have good grooming experience as a young dog at a previous groomer, but I feel comfortable leaving her here for her grooming and the staff is always so wonderful. “We've been bringing our fur babies here for over 20 years, and the front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The veterinarians and technicians have always been kind and attentive, and we've always felt our pets were in good hands.

The only thing we've noticed is that, over the past few years, the annual wellness exams seem a little less comprehensive than they used to be. We generally expect a yearly checkup to include things like checking the eyes, evaluating the joints, and an overall hands-on exam for anything unusual. Lately, the visits have seemed focused mainly on the ears, temperature, and bloodwork. That said, the staff is always happy to check anything you'd like looked at and is very thorough when doing so. It seems that some aspects of the exam that used to be routine are now performed upon request and that could just be a policy change.
