We recently rented chairs, tables, sno cone machine etc. for my granddaughters moving up ceremony and I must say Eric was absolutely amazing. He was very polite and helpful. He was extremely apologetic when we realized that the company did not send over the scooper for the cones. He even offered to purchase one from his own money. He made sure the crew was orderly and efficient. He is a great lead and kept his crew motivated and organized. Even when he returned for pick up, same great work ethic! Thank you Eric! Rented some throne seats and rug for babyshower delivery was suppose to be at noon he called at 10:30am had to rush to venue to let him in although I greatly appreciate the early delivery. Event ended at 8pm pick up was scheduled for 8:30pm had to call multiple times for pick up arrived around 10:15 pm. But the seats were very sturdy and comfy.
