I want to first of say the 90% of the staff are excellent including eye doctors. There is one staff that goes over the glasses with you that is rude, short and unconcerned about customer service. If I could post the unsigned slop that she gave me of a prescription. She gets rude when you say you're going elsewhere other than them for glasses or lenses. I had to go back 3 times for a clear prescription for my multiple prescriptions. When I came back she gave me a dirty look instead of fixing the issue as the other kind staff did when they saw me clearly upset. If it wasn't for the other staff who go above and beyond I would never go back. Glasses are pricey even with insurance. They do always accommodate you to get you in for an exam.

I came here to say for my eyes to be checked. They did outstanding job checking my eyes. The customer service I got from this women who had her arm in a sling with blonde hair She always gives the best customer service when I was. Looking for my eye wear

Courtney was so patient and helpful as I tried on numerous pairs of sun glasses. She gave suggestions based on my style and what I was looking for. Gave honest feedback and helped me pick out 2 very awesome pairs. She even looked up my previous pairs to see if they still make them. Really appreciate Courtney's patience and help.
