Terrible customer service . I never received my prescription from my las visit , I called several times and no answer was given . Made another appointment and they cancelled it the day before .They rescheduled my appointment for 2 months . Good luck trying to get someone on the phone now .

I made an appointment, showed up the day of (correct time & date) the place was dark and empty. So I kept calling/knocking. No one answered for at least an hour and a half until a young girl showed up and said they were moving & I asked where. She didn’t even know. I wasn’t informed about any of this and pretty upset because I took off of work to make this appointment. I really needed to see an eye doctor because my glasses aren’t strong enough & I have to drive at night. I was very polite to her, she was polite to me. The worst eye doctors I’ve ever been to don’t waste your time. The worst kind of workers you’ll meet, set up an appointment in a month advance, waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment just for them to call me up to fill out a whole packet and wait even longer, left before they could even call me name. Terrible experience and honestly terrible workers honestly.
