Jesse, Trish, and Jessie were incredible! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Professional, so accommodating, patient, energetic, and kind. I cannot say enough great things about this portrait studio and them as photographers and employees. I have been here 4 times and am more than satisfied with the images, the turnaround time, the customer service, and friendly, upbeat nature. Thank you!
Went for family photos and had an absolutely amazing experience. We had Trish and she was amazing. My husband and I had our toddler and newborn. She was able to get a surprising amount of good photos of my newborn despite him being a bit cranky and crying. After a certain point my toddler had also had enough, and she handled that very well too. All of the pictures, posed and candid, came out fantastic. She also juggled answering a lot of phone calls in between photos and checkout. I'm not sure what she's getting paid, but I'm sure it isn't enough.
Trish did an amazing job. She put in 15000000% effort to make sure the photos were done correctly. I brought my 3 month old in to take photos. I asked her to please sanitize everything due to it being sick season and not wanting my son to get sick. She happily did it and took the time to really clean the area before we went in the room. She was also very respectful before touching my son and asking if it was okay instead of just doing it. Thank you Trish it is people like you that make me want to come back. Please give her a raise. No one has ever gone above and beyond for me like that before.
