I walked into the JC Penney Salon in Middletown at the Galleria at Crystal Run and they took me as a walk in. Cathy Bueno gave me an AMAZING cut and blow out. She was very gentle when washing my hair--which was wonderful. She discussed what my expectations were and asked about my desired length and style.
