    INTEGRATED ? AKA { COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL} Upon contacting this so-called facility i was in contact for over a month trying to figure out what they were doing with regards to making an appointment or getting clarification regarding my compensation claims . i finally got an appointment date . upon arriving I FIND OUT THE NAME WAS CHANGED // Now called **Comprehensive Medical ** it looked like a run down welfare office I was in question to myself if it was a fly by night company who existed one day & gone the next. was not impressed with looks of place .
