I'VE HAD THE GUTTER HELMET SYSTEM FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE HEATED SYSTEM. RECENTLY I HAD A DYSFUNCTION OF THE HEATING SYSTEM RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO MY FAMILY ROOM CEILING. THIS DAMAGE TO THE WIRING IS NOW A FIRE HAZARD. I'VE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST 6 WEEKS TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE THE SYSTEM REPAIRED. THEY HAVE MADE LITTLE EFFORT TO RESOLVE MY PREDICAMENT. I'M EVEN WILLING TO PAY TO HAVE IT RESOLVED! AT THIS POINT I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GETTING GUTTER HELMET, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN PRODUCT. A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Charged me $1000 to remove my gutter helmet prior to new roof install. Money also covered re- hanging the gutter helmet once roofing installation was completed. I had 2 workmen come to re- hang and after 45 minutes I was informed the job couldn’t be done. The lead worker told me verbally multiple issues and concerns with the new roof- making it impossible to re- hang the gutter helmet. He said he would return to his office and write up his observations and then send copy to me. I needed this info to relay to roofer in the hope the roofing company could correct the problem. Long story short- I never received a written list of problems as it’s “ not company policy.”... read full review
