Charged me $1000 to remove my gutter helmet prior to new roof install. Money also covered re- hanging the gutter helmet once roofing installation was completed. I had 2 workmen come to re- hang and after 45 minutes I was informed the job couldn’t be done. The lead worker told me verbally multiple issues and concerns with the new roof- making it impossible to re- hang the gutter helmet. He said he would return to his office and write up his observations and then send copy to me. I needed this info to relay to roofer in the hope the roofing company could correct the problem. Got gutters years ago. Love it. Had roof done over and wanted them to come back and readjust gutter helmet because roofers didn't put back on right. Never call back. It's not like I wouldn't pay for adjustment so who would think it they would come back when it's warrented.

Gutter Helmets installed 3 years ago, all is great but now trying to reach someone for maintenance. I keep leaving messages and don't even get a call back. What's going on?
