I cannot say enough nice things about Madeline. My first bikini wax was at a different place and it was not a great experience. When I went to see Madeline for my second wax, I was pretty nervous. She totally calmed my nerves - so welcoming, so genuine, so sweet, so attentive, so knowledgeable! I never thought I would laugh and have a great time while getting waxed, but Madeline at The Wax Room somehow made that happen. Bonus: The hard wax she uses and her method of removing the hard wax was basically pain- and irritation-free! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Oh and another bonus: Making an appointment was hassle-free! Thank you so much, Madeline!

This was my first visit to The Wax Room. First of all, the name is adorable! Second, their space is welcoming, calming and clean. Kathleen was phenomenal. She made me feel super comfortable in her care even having my son with me. She was professional, personable, efficient and super tidy with wax. Once done, there was no wax residue left anywhere on my body, super appreciative of that! I wish I could bottle her up and take her with me when we leave NY, but until next summer— I will promote Kathleen and her business to everyone I know that remains in the area.

Madeline is the best!!! so so sweet, and I had the best first experience with her. Such a welcoming and comfortable space, I will absolutely without a doubt be back. Also will continue booking different services with her and always recommend her for waxing and laser services!!!!
