I am so thrilled with my experience at Eye to Eye Vision Center in Middletown, NY! After I posted in a FB group about needing same day glasses due to my computer lenses disappearing. Meaghan reached out to me and invited me to come in the next morning. Despite the store being super busy, I didn't wait long. The process was so streamlined and she was incredibly helpful. I had a great experience at Eye to Eye Vision Centers in Middletown. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Courtney in particular went above and beyond to help me pick out frames and answer all my questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take the time to make sure everything is right.
The office was clean, organized, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. They explained everything clearly and helped me find options that fit both my needs and budget. It’s rare to find a place that combines great customer service with real attention to detail.
