I had a horrible experience with this company. They took liberties that they are not entitled to. First of all, my husband called them for an estimate. What they did was come to our home, set traps without permission and then proceeded to charge my credit card without authorization that they had used a year prior. That is theft! You do not charge a person’s credit card without them authorizing the payment. I will never use them again, and I told them to remove all my information from their system especially my credit card information. I called Ehrlich to come to the house to treat for bees. My technician, Corey Decker, was thorough as always. I have been a customer since 2012 and will continue to call on Ehrlich for all of my pest control issues. Kudos to Corey for always being professional, knowledgeable, polite, and for getting the job done!
