Darren installed gutter guards on my new house last year. During the estimate, he gave us a detailed explanation, thoroughly comparing different products and explaining the pros and cons of each. Less than a week later, they came to install the system, and the process went smoothly.
What I want to especially praise, however, is their outstanding after-sales service. About a month after installation, a tree branch from my backyard fell and hit the gutter guard. I asked Darren to come and take a look to see if there was any damage. He came promptly and inspected it for free, confirming that everything was fine. Although the damage was caused by my own tree (and not Darren’s responsibility), he still came out and checked it at no cost.
A few days ago, while flying a drone, I noticed that part of the gutter guard was bent. It turned out that the roof shingles had been improperly installed by the home builder, which caused the distortion. Again, this clearly wasn’t Darren’s fault. But when I reached out for help, he came over once more—without hesitation—and replaced the bent section of the gutter guard for free.
So, I want to say: when you purchase products and services from D&D, you’re not just buying the product—you’re also getting their commitment to quality service.
Lastly, I want to share that I’m a new immigrant, and I’m still unfamiliar with the language and the local community. But Darren and his team were always patient in explaining things to me and offering their help. So if you’re a new immigrant like me, choosing D&D is definitely the right choice!

Just used D&D gutter works again to clean out my gutters !! They are wonderful !! They 1) return calls fast 2) arrive on date and time they say they will come 3) do a very complete job 4) very respectful, professional 5) leave the area cleaner then when they came. 6) very reasonably price
