The compassion and empathy shown to me during a very sad and difficult time in my life by Mary, Jennifer, Maggie and the rest of the staff at Applebee-McPhillips was genuine and truly heart-felt. Mary led me, literally, by the hand, through the grievous process of making funeral arrangements for my husband. With the added support of Jennifer and Maggie, I felt cared for and more at ease with my decisions. I am forever grateful for their patience, kindness and professionalism when I needed it most.
