They did an amazing job. Got me a new hot water tank and installed within an hour or two. Brett even came later in the evening to come see what he could do to help when we called in need! Highly recommend!
Both technicians were wonderful! They were polite and seemed to work well together. And they cleaned up after themselves... this might seem a silly thing but my mobility is limited - especially squatting or getting on my knees- so their thoroughness was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again if needed.
Last Monday morning, I woke up with no heat in my house. I called Halstead's Plumbing and Heating, and they were able to fit me in! They arrived within the window I was given, and he worked until he figured out the problem.
He was friendly, listened to my concerns, and explained things to me. I was very impressed with every interaction I had from the initial phone call to the repairs! Thank you to Halstead's Plumbing and Heating for getting our heat back before the frigid temperatures returned! I am thankful to have found a reliable company and will continue to use them recommend them!
