I came here quite recently to get a full head of highlights and all I can say is I absolutely love my hair and the end result. The staff here is absolutely amazing and they treat everyone so kindly. I came here with really brassy hair and needed my hair done badly and I was not at all disappointed with the results of my hair. Im from the west village and gone to many places but this is by far the best place I have gone. Im so grateful to have found this gem and will 100% be coming back. If you’re looking for great service and beautiful work this is the place. The lady in charged is such a sweet women and made sure to do exactly what I asked. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a go-to hair salon.

So rude and unprofessional! Their "keratin" treatment is really just a relaxing treatment... because they label it keratin they think they can overcharge but this is not the right treatment!! Also prices are insane for no reason... I would not come back here.

I came in to receive a balayage and received highlights all over my head. I showed multiple photos of what I wanted and was not listened to at all. The stylist simply did whatever they wanted and told me after wards that the style I originally asked for "is a style 14 year old girls get in the Summer" I called to talk about the issue I had with the style given to me and it was clear that I was on speaker phone and everyone including the stylist was laughing at what I had to say. Lesson learned is that this is a very unprofessional/immature establishment and I will no longer be a customer here, neither should you.

You May think this place is worth their almost affordable pricing. However in the long run you'll spend more due to the fact these bitter 50 year old Karen's don't know the first thing about hair, will mess yours up, and you'll have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Bad service, no talent, poor attitudes. Go anywhere else and you'll have a better experience.

I loved the wash! Front desk/wash assistant listened to me and def. gave me a great wash and massage for the treatment I asked for. The blow dry with Suada didn’t go so well. She burned my scalp 3 times until I had to tell her something and her blowout was mediocre.

I walked in, they cd not take me. The girl I wanted was busy. Didn't make appt bc im so busy, don't know when I can make it til last min. This last mon I called knowing they're closed but they had answering machine that will take ur appt. so I left messg asking for the next day. tue no call bk, wed no call. so today I went to my old place in bklyn.
