Everyone was very generous and professional from my entrance to my exit. I felt relaxed and comfortable on my visit. I will definitely spread the word and be returning here again. May God continue to bless this establishment....P.S Dr. Dourmas is the man.
All 3 of my stars are for the dentists who are genuinely very nice and helpful. If it wasn’t for the dentists being so good, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The front desk/person on the phone is incredibly rude, making snarky comments and needs to be trained in how to treat people. I asked if i could cancel my appointment because I had a necessary medical procedure interfere with my dentist appointment and in response the girl at the front desk told me “I don’t know, can you?” This isn’t just an isolated event, I have an extremely hostile experience with the front desk/phone person multiple times. Great dentist and office staff. From the time I made the appointment and walked into my the office, it was a pleasant experience. Dr. Dourmas was friendly and professional with great bedside manner. The hygienist Edgar was also great, and made the dental cleaning a breeze along with X-rays. As for a finishing touch, they also gave me a dental goody bag. Five star experience. I highly recommend.
