Went there because it said they allowed walks-ins, no one was in the reception desk and we waited about 30mins and no one walked up to us to ask what we wanted or to add us in a waiting spot. A woman came in and as soon as she did, one of the nail techs (?) walked up to her and ushered her in and ignored us. My sister and I walked out on the spot. Disappointed in this service

I got these done a week ago. I have been getting powder / gel nails for 10 years elsewhere and I have NEVER experienced this happening after 1 week. I paid $100 for these nails too! (Way overpriced) for them to peel off like stickers?! NEVER AGAIN

I should’ve stuck with my holy grail salon and not even attempted going here after reading some of these reviews. I came here and got my nails done by Yumi and she did a great job, so I returned a second time.

When I was repeatedly asked if I was paying in cash and then my price was being upped insanely compared to what I paid the previous week, I can’t help but think they were trying to pocket cash. Please note the owner Candy is also on vacation so she is probably not aware of this going on.

Also, their tools were NOT being sterilized just as many other reviews state, but they were 2 weeks ago when the owner was present. It was also extremely disorganized in there and people were waiting an hour for pedicures with appointments. My appt for pedicure & nails took 3 hours! I hope for Candy that you keep an eye on your employees and their handling of money and supplies.

    Here’s the price difference:

Two weeks ago I paid $45 for powder and $15 extra for chrome. These are the advertised prices and the prices told to me. No problem.

This time I got powder nails again ($45) plus French ($15) with small hearts on each nail (price not disclosed but I figured maybe an extra $10).

So when I got to the register to pay in cash and avoid fees, why was I being charged $115 for my nails alone and $28 (cash) for my $25 regular pedicure?! I didn’t even have enough cash on me so I paid my pedicure on card ($25 + random $3 + $2 fee = $30 for pedicure).

She said for powder nails this time it’s ‘more’ because $10 extra for a gel color coat on top of the powder base (that I didn’t even ask her to use) PLUS an extra $10 because my NATURAL nails are long - even though they were the same exact length last week, I wasn’t charged extra then, and they are not even that long! They’re maybe an inch above my actual finger, So we’re at $65 for just the plain powder nails!

Then, she charged $15 for french (fine) and $35 for SMALL HEARTS on each nail… SERIOUSLY?!

So my total for my nails alone was $115!!!! She then “honored a special price” and charged me $100 for my nails. Still $5 more than they should have been when you add $45 + $15 + $35. and this price is insane when I can get the same design done better for $70 somewhere else!

I have never heard of this in my life, especially a “long nail” fee and $50 extra after a “special” for a semi-easy design is insane when the nails alone cost $45.

I’ve gotten my nails done religiously every 3 weeks for years and have never paid more than $110 with designs like this one, pedicure and $15-20 tip combined.

After nails, pedicure and tip I paid $150. The prices were made up, the tools were not sterilized, and I was there for 3 hours when an appointment should be no more than 1.5-2 hours. Also, my mom’s simple powder nails done by 2 different nail techs there both times came out extremely sloppy and took 2 hours alone.

So lesson learned to NOT come here!

i got my nails done here about a week ago. it was my first time ever going here but it was a really pleasant experience! everything was clean and calming. Candy did my nails, she was super nice and my nails were done pretty quick without feeling rushed. definitely recommend!!

Super easy to work with and Susan was very understanding and reasonable. It’s extremely hard to find somewhere that’s well priced and willing to do colored eyelash extensions so this will become my new favorite place

Shocked about the bad reviews! I usually see Yuna (or Candy) and I’m provided excellent service and it’s at a good price point!! I normally love my nails but this last set is PERFECT! $65 for fill in/gel and whatever special polish this is!

I'm going on vacation. I made an appointment here for nail extension. Everyone here is very friendly and sweet. It's clean and hygienic. My nails look very beautiful. They've lasted for four weeks! I recommend my friends to come here. Finally, I found a good nail salon.
