I’ve tried to give this salon so many chances. This is the second time they are rude and just rush. If your to busy and trying to run home bc it’s late already let the costumer know instead of trying to make money off me and have me waiting 25min to do a shitty job. No need for smirking and little comments. I’m very reasonable. I got a gel pedicure today and the older lady rushed it basically didn’t let the blue light finish curing the gel. Painted my toes terribly you can tell there missing spots. Just not the service I expected.

Absolutely terrible place with no respect to your time.
I walked in to make an appt for the next day. Next day comes and I go at my scheduled time. She tells me pick a color. I look over and see there is no one available for me so I ask how long will I be waiting. She literally ignored me and I continued to ask an additional two more times for her to finally acknowledge me and say I can’t say maybe 20 minutes not sure.

I got the powder dip nails with tips. The entire nails starting popping off after a week. I went to the establishment and the nail technician was very rude and didn’t care.

I came first and wanted to do a gel pedicure. A white teenager came after me and wanted to do a fill. The worker guided me to the seat but then went ahead to do the girl who came after me first. She made me wait 30 min and not once did she bother to let me know what was going on. Why is she doing a customer who arrived later first and without any explanation? In the end, she sent another worker to do my gel pedicure after the 30 minute wait time. This is not acceptable behavior and it was not the first time this happened with this worker. Won’t be coming back here

I should have said something but thought I was overreacting. The cuticle cutting was so aggressive. The girl was nasty and told me not to move. It's hard to tell from the pics but my nails are all sore and red. I've been using neosporin. I plan on reporting it to the department of health. I'm very worried about getting an infection.

I usually really like coming here and have never had a problem until today. A girl that has never done my nails did them, I think she us more new--and I am left bleeding and hurt on 4 fingers. The cuticle cutting was very aggressive and I truly do not understand it. I am so upset.

There’s a Big woman there who tries to intimidate you when they do a shabby job, I wouldn’t waste my money!!!!! I wasn’t the Only customer on that day UNSATISFIED!!! Lied over the phone and said she would fix the bad job but when I got the they were going to charge me so I told them forget it! I had just did my nails maybe two days beforeUnreasonable behavior!!!!
