I’ve been coming to Kay for well over 15 years! The best eyebrow threading and shaping anywhere! People always ask me where I go! Now I have started getting Henna as well! I couldn’t be any happier! Every 3rd Monday for over 15 years!
I kept getting clogs in the main line, 718 Sewer and Drain Inc. came in and diagnosed the issue. My line was snaked and pressure cleaned then they brought in the camera and checked the line and provided me with the footage. Everything is fine now. They even provided me with tips on how to prevent build up in the main line. Prices are always an issue when it comes to plumbing, but I didn't feel ripped off at the end. Very professional, would recommend.
The best eyelash stylist I have ever had. Only with Alena my eyelashes lasted about 2 months, It's incredible. With other eyelashes stylists in the 3rd week were already terrible. Thank you Alena. I'm happy for you that you will soon become a mom, but I'm upset that you stopped working.

Simplex's customer service is simply outstanding! The owner of this multigenerational company, Tony, is currently trying to figure out window treatments for unusual windows. It is not something he typically handles because of the window design, nor does anybody else for that matter, and yet he is going out on a limb for me. He has gone the extra mile so far wracking his brain, spending time researching potential options, conversing with various vendors, keeping me in the loop every step of the way...... for a job that may not even materialize. That speaks volumes! I would love to hire Simplex to do the job because I have never experienced such an outstanding work ethic. Hopefully Tony will come up with a solution that will accommodate the windows because this exceptional treatment is a rarity in today's workforce.

I have been coming here for years. Alexis is the best. Her haircuts are to die for. I got one last week- everyone at work has commented on it! Every now and then I go somewhere else because I’m impulsive and want a haircut on a day that they are closed- I ALWAYS ALWAYS regret it. Also- Alexis is willing to do cuts on me that others won’t. She will go short, and it will look great, if that’s what you want.

Finding a salon like this in New York City is a gem! The prices were very reasonable, and the service was excellent. I had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded, and they did a fantastic job. I also got a manicure, it was quick and well done. Highly recommend!
