I was really disappointed with my last visit. I had made an appointment specifically with Tom, but somehow Lisa ended up doing my nails, while Tom only removed my polish. Unfortunately, each nail was shaped differently, which was frustrating.

What made it more concerning was the cleanliness of Lisa's workstation—it was noticeably dirty. I’ve also had a previous issue with a pedicure here about three months ago, which resulted in a toenail fungus.

Came in for a mani and pedi, picked the $55 lemon and lavender pedi, first I sit down with burning hot water , then she takes the polish off and starts cutting my ingrown nails ,I said don't my toes have to soak to do that and she says no, there crooked so I have to fix it, then puts on a leg mask and wraps a burning hot towel on my leg with saran wrap, I tell her that is so hot. Then before I knew it I'm getting a massage, with her nails digging into my legs with every pass on my legs. I looked over at the lady next to me that was here before me and she's not even near done. I don't like to feel rushed, I was gonna get a manicure but honestly I rather go elsewhere .

I really enjoy the time and attention they spend on nails. Massages are great. Place is clean kept. Staff very friendly and listen to your input and requests. I highly recommend this salon for services. :)
