I had such an amazing experience at Dental365 in Middle Island! I went in for a routine cleaning and honestly could not say enough good things about the office. From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and friendly, and the office itself had such a comfortable atmosphere.
My hygienist, Renee, was absolutely wonderful- genuinely one of the sweetest and most friendly people I’ve ever met. She was incredibly gentle throughout the cleaning and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel so comfortable and at ease.
Dr. Rosenblatt was also extremely kind and personable. You can really tell that everyone here cares about their patients and creating a positive experience.
For the first time ever, I can honestly say I’m looking forward to going back to the dentist again. Highly recommend!

Dr. Peppas provided me with actionable feedback, Renee was personable and I felt like I have been going there for years even though it was my first time, Najhe and Veronica were friendly and efficient. I appreciated the air of authentic caring and look forward to my next visit.

I can’t say enough about Gentle Dental. My son had an unfortunate incident in school that resulted in his front tooth (of all teeth) being cracked. As a 12 year old pre-teen, he was devastated and in tears. His normal pediatric dentist, who had absolutely no urgency when I explained the situation, couldn’t get him in until tomorrow. While driving to the school to pick up my baby, I saw gentle dental and said I would pop in after picking up my son. Just to see if they may be able to help. Amber the dental receptionist was super helpful. She was able to squeeze in my son 1.5 hours later. There was a small issue with my insurance but that was figured out quickly, with Amber’s help.
Onto treatment. Dr Peppas was SO. KIND. I can’t explain how wonderful she was. And my son was being a grump, which I understood, don’t get me wrong, but she was still super patient and helpful. Even her assistant was very kind and explained what needed to be done. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he had on some awesome Nike high tops! Again, I cannot stress enough how kind and considerate Dr. Peppas was. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and that’s always appreciated. My son will need to go back in 2 weeks for his permanent crown and I plan on making sure I bring a thank you card, flowers, something just to show my gratitude. I can’t speak for any of the other dentists in the practice but I’m honestly thinking about dropping the pediatric dentist and going to gentle dental for all my families dental needs!

I have had alot of work performed in my mouth over a prolonged period of time. The staff is more than friendly and caring. They are gentle, and very good at what they do. I never mind coming here for even the smallest of things. Working in conjunction with my oral surgeon who is a total stranger to them and located a different location to complete the work I am having performed says alot about everyone involved in making this happen. Hours are very flexible when it comes to availabily. There is genuine concern when it comes to what is going on now - or in the future. I have strongly recommended them on numerous occasions in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you!

I am extremely satisfied with the dental services provided at the Middle Island Gentle Dental 365 Office. My hygienist, Renee is knowledgeable and offers suggestions to help improve my oral care. I appreciate her recommendations (electric toothbrush, parodontax toothpaste, rinses) which have helped the issues with bleeding gums since my last visit. Renee commented how she noticed what I have been doing at home is working. It was nice to receive such positive feedback! The office is clean, staff is pleasant, Dr. Peppas-Kountotsis has done dental work last year which I am pleased with. I recommend the practice without reservation.
