Bob listened to the problems I was having with my washing machine, had me spin the drum and then pin pointed the problem over the phone. He told me how much parts alone would cost, without labor and suggested the cost would not be worth it when compared to the price of a new machine. I appreciate his honesty and saving me the cost of a house call and repairs that would be excessive. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

I called Bob for helping with my washing machine. He was prompt, efficient and educational. Though bad news for my machine, he was very helpful and professional. I’ll be sure to call him for any future issues with my appliances in the future.

From our phone call to the finished job at my home- took 2/1.5hrs at most & included installing dryer conversion kit. Great person -ality, very professional, knew his field well & provided us with a few appliance tips. His service charge was reasonable as all getout- we sure hit the lottery by hiring Bob.hit the lottery w Bob.
