Rosa was so kind and personable and such a good listener! I feel like I made a friend while doing one of the most awkward things imaginable ?. Whomever answered the phone was great too! Super kind and was able to squeeze me in for 3 services the day of!
I booked an appointment at this location on May 8th and was lucky to get an appointment the following day for a Brazilian, underarms and stomach strip with Amy who I decided to book with after reading a past review. Amy, is not only quick with applying the wax ensuring the right temperature, but she is VERY thorough with her technique where there is very minimal pain after the removal of hair. I definitely recommend her! Thanks Amy!

I had such an amazing experience at Sugaring NYC – Merrick! From the moment I walked in, the space was clean, welcoming, and beautifully set up. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
I decided to make the switch after getting tired of the constantly rising prices at European Wax Center, and I’m so glad I did. Not only is sugaring gentler on the skin, but the pricing felt much more reasonable for the quality of service I received.
