Absolutely phenomenal service, got these guys thru American home shield insurance. They moved quick with the process of getting my AC up and working again. Within less than a month they came in put a new system (inside and outside). The person understood that we had a family event coming up and he was able to get everything done in time. Absolutely recommended them to anyone.

Our heat busted In the middle of the winter with a baby in the house. I called Randaire and they worked hard to diagnose and fix the issue in the same day. Recently I had an issue with my heater making loud noise. I reach out and send a video to Randy he was prompt to respond and came the next day he had diagnosed the issue and came prepared with part. He replaced my heater circulator pump the same day. My experiences with him have been great through out the past 10 years!
He has replaced my heater, hot water heater and small issues in between. He is incredibly knowledgeable and fair with pricing.
I am very fortunate to have found this company & Randy and will continued to use him. I have recommended to all family, friends and neighbors.
