Massage Envy offers massage, skin care, and total body stretch services that contribute to overall wellness and a healthy lifestyle. The atmosphere is described as quiet and quaint. Clients have the option to choose the level of pressure for their massage, and the staff focuses on each client's needs. The services provided are praised, particularly the expertise of the massage therapists. However, there have been instances of delayed appointments, which affected the overall experience. Despite this, Massage Envy's professional and accommodating staff received positive feedback.
WOW! MAJOR GLOW UP... Came many years ago and what a COMPLETE transformation... Sierra & Hugh were my dream team... Having Sierra as first contact was PERFECTION, she is kind, empathic, knowledgeable, funny, and thorough... Hugh approaches his craft with depth, experience, great technique, humor, and empathy... EXACTLY what a I needed 🥹 Can't thank you all enough... 🤟🖤🤘
I don’t usually write reviews. Nine times out of 10 when there’s an issue no one takes care of it lol. This one is not an issue. This one is a compliment.
Massages are good! Very relaxing and the massage therapist is sweet. Also the front desk associate Sierra is very nice. She is kind and very helpful. If customer service had a gold medal, she’d already have two 🥰
I’ve had massages before but my 60min massage with Yasmin has been the best one. She moved my body to massage muscles i didn’t even know needed it. I wish I could afford to see her regularly
