I don’t usually write reviews. Nine times out of 10 when there’s an issue no one takes care of it lol. This one is not an issue. This one is a compliment.

Massages are good! Very relaxing and the massage therapist is sweet. Also the front desk associate Sierra is very nice. She is kind and very helpful. If customer service had a gold medal, she’d already have two 🥰

I’ve had massages before but my 60min massage with Yasmin has been the best one. She moved my body to massage muscles i didn’t even know needed it. I wish I could afford to see her regularly

It was my first time here at Massage Envy and I had a good experience at first. I felt comfortable and my aesthetician seemed nice. Once she got started and after talking to her for a bit, she was a little rude. At one point I had a face mask on me for about 20 minutes at least it felt 20 minutes while I heard her tapping on her phone behind me. It was very weird. I thought I was supposed to get massaged within that time frame. She was a little rough and didn’t explain anything about what she was putting on my face.
