I have been going to Lucent for about 3 years now. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. The place is very pretty inside and clean. Tiana is the best. She is fast, precise and always picks the perfect colors for me. I really do enjoy coming here and getting my nails done.
Over priced. I asked for a soak off and new Acrylic set. Instead of soaking them off, she popped my nails off with a credit card. I was clearly in pain but she continued regardless. The new set came out ok I guess, but definitely not $100 worth. It seemed clean though and the ambiance was nice.
Your experience here depends on the technician. Having moved to the area I tried so many different salons, my first two times here I was not pleased with the work (did not do a good job shaping my nails or cleaning my cuticles) and didn’t plan on returning until someone recommended a particular technician. Since I hadn’t yet found a good nail salon I returned and now I’m a regular (but I only book with one particular technician and get gel mani/pedi). I’ve seen a couple other techs do beautiful acrylic work but it’s a very select few- ultimately it’s a matter of booking with the right one.
