My son had an appointment today he severely autistic non verbal and is a big boy. Today was struggle but the staff was absolutely amazing. I thought I was going to have to cancel and reschedule with some back up but the dentist and her helpers not only got on the floor to be at my sons level but they changed the stressful appointment and turned it into one of his best visits yet. I highly highly recommend I believe Dr Regina. - any staff at the Merrick location! I will be coming back!
Brought my child who is special needs in for his first dental visit in 17 years, due to sensory and medical issues and the team was beyond incredible. Front desk was amazing, Nate was especially amazing—patient, gentle, and so reassuring throughout the whole visit. My son was so receptive to his cool vibe and followed his instructions without even realizing he was being instructed. The dentist explained everything clearly, and my child left feeling comfortable and confident as did we. Highly recommend!
This was my daughter’s first time at the dentist and everyone was absolutely amazing. Super professional and kind. My daughter loved her first trip. As a mom of 2 you know how stressful this can be, everyone from the from desk to the DR was personable and friendly. Highly recommend!
