I cannot say enough great things about HOT STUFF SPAS and the exceptional service I received from Sophie and Paul.
A few years ago, I purchased my Bullfrog Spa through Costello's, and HOT STUFF SPAS was assigned as the service provider. Recently, after an incredibly harsh and messy winter, I discovered leaks in one of the three pumps as well as in the waterfall feature. What could have easily become a frustrating and stressful experience turned into a masterclass in customer service and technical expertise.

I contacted Sophie and she was extremely helpful and made me a next day appointment to address the leak in my hot tub. Paul was amazing and did a wonderful job fixing my issue. I highly recommend Hot Stuff Spa Service, very reasonable. Thank you Paul and Sophie for having my back.

Hot Stuff Spa Service was absolutely amazing! They came out in an emergency during freezing cold weather and fixed our hot tub before our pipes froze. Reliable, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
