“We actually hired someone else initially who could not finish the multi splits and file permits for our area but Pat was able to get the full scope of the situation and help us problem solve our ongoing situation.
He promptly gave us an itemized breakdown of how much the service would cost to finish the installation and also figured out what the permits would require for submission.
You can tell that he is competent and takes his work seriously. He came early and gave updates throughout the working day of everything going on. He even shared some additional information on other areas of the house that could be future violations. Though it can be suspicious at first, he helped me with small fixes around the house without charging for it and gave me a reasonable fare knowing that we are first time homeowners. He says he can do almost everything if you need something fixed and I don't doubt it. Highly recommend!”
