He came early and gave updates throughout the working day of everything going on. He even shared some additional information on other areas of the house that could be future violations. Though it can be suspicious at first, he helped me with small fixes around the house without charging for it and gave me a reasonable fare knowing that we are first time homeowners. He says he can do almost everything if you need something fixed and I don't doubt it. Highly recommend!”

I purchased a new electric stove and Best Buy would not install it because the electrical cable was hard wired directly to the panel. David cut the line and made an outlet very quickly.
