We had Diamond Masonry & Waterproofing come to our newly purchased home to repair a rotted sill plate and rim joist we unexpectedly found while doing some other repairs to the house. Vinny came out to do an estimate very quickly and gave us a great price! His team was available to squeeze us in next day to do the repair and we couldn't be happier!
We have been getting water from heavy rains in our enclosed porch. We finally knew that something had to be done. We started making some phone calls to waterproofing companies. One company said they couldn't do the job for 2 weeks and their prices were high. On Monday we called Diamond Masonry & Waterproofing. Vinny the owner came over that afternoon to give us an estimate. It was very reasonable. Now two days later the job was done by Vinny's son Chris and his helper Miguel.

Diamond Masonry & Waterproofing did a fantastic job on a sill plate/rim joist repair that was found unexpectedly. Vinny was able to come out and provide a same day estimate and explained his process as well as provided a fair price for the work to be done. Repairs were completed a week later by his team. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future!
