My Gas Fireplace has not been working since before last Winter. I was dealing all last Winter while another repairman attempted to fix it. After having buying new parts that were installed, it still wasn’t working. These guys seemed to have good reviews, so I made an appointment.
Timmie was at my house a few days later, and diagnosed the problem within an hour. I ordered the needed part. When it arrived, I made another appointment. Timmie was back at my house the next day, and installed the part within a couple of hours. He was methodical with ensuring the gas pipes were installed properly and tested for leaks. A few hours later, I had a working fireplace.

All Access is the best! Michelle explained it all then wrote it out, giving me a very reasonable price. The team that was sent to me in the Bronx did major repairs, including extending my chimney's clay flues then installing a stainless liner with an efficiency and professionalism one seldom sees these days. Neighbor came by and said he watched them, was impressed and wanted their info.
