“I was supposed to get my first face/head massage today to help with tmj and bad sinus congestion, but I ended up being sick. Instead of Healing Hands not only rescheduling, Katie who answered the phone recommended the Salt Chamber. I have anxiety so I was so nervous (and sick) and didn’t know if I wanted to try… but Katie explained everything on the phone to me in detail what it benefits (which is A LOT) so I gave it a try and I’m SO HAPPY I did!!! I went in with a tight chest, congestion, literally the most horse voice and came out almost completely having my voice back. My chest was less tight and I was extremely relaxed during the treatment and felt like I could breathe better. “Mias is a cute & chic little salon located in penfield. Everyone that works there is personable and wonderful. They will accommodate for all of your needs from hair, nails and waxing. “I've been going to Metro since they were on Gibbs St. I originally went because I have curly hair and had been all over town looking for someone who knew about curly hair. Not so easy. Stefania (Metro owner) was the only stylist I could find that was able to help. That was many years ago. The new place on University is beautifully appointed and the service is always wonderful. Stefania and her crew bend over backwards to please. After the winter lockdown of 2020 my roots grew in so much I decided to 'just embrace the gray'. My hair is not a pretty shade of gray however. Stefania now adds just the right amount of color to make it attractive. I'm very happy with it. Before Metro I had been all over town looking for someone who could 'do it right'. Once I found Metro, I never had to go anywhere else. I highly recommend giving them a try.“
