This insurance sucks and the representatives are ruder and more patronizing than DMV workers. I feel like I'm asking for a favor when I call Seledent. Furthermore, The owner also does not seem too professional. He/she actually responded in a very schoolgirl, snarky and nasty manner to another review. I guess the employees are just following the attitude of their leadership . Maybe it's a toxic workplace and the employees take it out on us. Either way, I hate calling and asking for information. I wish they had a more updated website where clients can just access their personal information.

Very pleased with the customer service I received from an associate, Mike Gunther. He helped me to track the status of my missing dental claim and was very helpful and professional.

Their customer service was perfect. I talked to three different people and all 3 answered all of my questions, were patient, and made sure I had the information I needed. Mike not only provided me with the information I needed but did it in a timely manner. I was not the only client he was working with all day, but he made it seem like I was. I am not sure why there are other reviewers who reported a different experience. I assume someone had an off day at Sele-dent and/or they fixed the problem. Worth checking them out. I am 100% satisfied with Sele- Dent so far.
