They have been unreliable. Everyone who has serviced my mom has been very nice, compassionate, etc. Don’t know what is going on with the company right now. No one has shown up for a week to bath mom. Haven’t seen a nurse in 8 weeks. They were supposed to send a speech therapist 8 weeks ago and haven’t heard from them either. Very disappointed because we truly have loved the people who have come.
