The studio is beautiful! All equipment is wiped down after session so it’s immaculate. Today’s instructor Francesca N. Was terrific!! Helpful! Clear! Will definitely take her class again. *

As a beginner, both Francesas are the best instructors! Both are calm, patient and offer guidance and correct you if you need adjustment. I needed that support as a newbie . She is simply phenomenal at what she does! Looking forward to booking more classes with her.
Updated: I have also recently had classes with Elissa and Pat. Both are fabulous. Pat really pushes you and although I was a little bit apprehensive about trying cardio sculpt and suspend, she was so patient with her guidance. All four of these instructors mentioned really take the time to explain things, are very focused on their work and are very attentive.
