This seemed like a rather arduous task. We bought this home 2.5 years ago, and we have hardly been able to use our yard. Apparently, the builder sold all of the topsoil, leaving us with only clay. Consequently, when it rained, it hardly ever dried out. Therefore, our dogs could not be let out - or they would return with MUD all over their legs. We could not sit outdoors in fear of the mosquitos (who were drawn to the never ending dampness). That is, until Chris arrived! Chris and his crew believed the problem could be remedied through a series of French drains connected to a dry well. He and his crew worked very hard and completed the work in less than 1.5 days.

After receiving quotes from 3 other waterproofing companies that insisted we needed to rip out our finished basement or install french drains, Chris was the only one who suggested we try the cheaper option of waterproofing from the outside. He identified the issues externally and was able to come the same week and perform the work and we have not had any water intrusion since. Saved me several thousand dollars. He has since done waterproofing jobs for 2 of my neighbors who were also extremely happy with the pricing and finished work. Would recommend again and again!
