1st Update...1 December 2023I received a call from the manager today.We spoke about my concerns. After we spoke, I received another call to schedule an appointment for next week Wednesday.A technician will come and take a look at the work that was done.I appreciate the call and the concern that you have regarding my experience and satisfaction as a customer, which your company had provided.2nd Update....7 December 2023After Mark sends one of his technicians over to inspect my crawl, he reached out to me and let me know what course of action they will take. Rich did an incredible job. As promised by the company, he called 30 minutes ahead to let me know his estimated arrival time. Once here, Rich looked at all of the system components, told me what he was going to do step-by-step during the service and then got to work. He worked neatly and efficiently. He treated my cellar with care and respect. Rich represented Healthy Basement Systems well when he reminded me of some of the benefits of my system. Rich also helped me understand the value of my system by going over the features which are going on within the system when it is doing its work. Eric came to perform an estimate and we were extremely impressed and happy with him. His courtesy and professionalism paired with his knowledge and honesty was exactly what we were looking for. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want or need, and was completely honest about the state of our basement and what we needed moving forward. Highly recommend!
