Jen came out personally to check out the situation and found a problem just past the previous repair. It was Christmas eve and her crew worked into the night to correct the issue. I went in today for an eyebrow waxing and a haircut. Both of which make me so nervous. I have a scar on my eye that is very sensitive and waxing hurts sometimes but I had no issue today! I also haven’t let anyone touch my hair aside from myself in years due to bad experiences at other hair cutting appointments at other establishments. I’m so happy to say that today I had a great experience and will be back !

I definitely had probably one of the most enjoyable experiences at a dentist office here today, since I seen pediatric dentistry. This is the first dentist office that has actually taken time to look at my teeth and talk to me about options and what I could afford to fix them in 8 years. There was no agenda outside of just simply wanting to help me! Very personable and goes to great extents to make you feel comfortable and cared about!

Dr. Cosman and all the staff there are great. The exam was very involved with many tests I have not experienced before. I was referred to a UR retina specialist (Dr. Bessette, who was fantastic as well) to correct an issue after my initial exam, which meant I had to wait to go back to Lake Plains of Brockport get a new prescription after that issue was resolved. If course, that was the right thing to do. Highly recommended.
