Excellent service: Bob Waters recently repaired a crack in my basement foundation. He was prompt in responding, flexible with scheduling, kept in touch via phone, showed up timely, explained the process to my satisfaction, answered all questions, provided references in my area without being asked, completed the work efficiently, and left the area meticulously neat and clean. He was patient and professional, provided a warranty, and stands behind his work. He was reassuring, and provided other recommendations for related issues. I now have a completely dry basement! We have an old farm house that we just moved into and wanted to tighten up the basement. Bob and his crew ended up coming out twice once to install drain tile in about 75% of our basement and fix and install a new egress door, a couple window wells, as well as bring in top soil to help the grade on the side of the house. The second time he came back he did about 10 more feet of drain tile (at my request) and then skim coated all off our basement walls. Great company. Great communication and excellent work. A very laborious job was done efficiently fast and CLEAN. I would recommend to anyone!
