Very pleased with the entire process. Once my cabinets & appliances were installed i contacted Penn, they scheduled the templating appointment within a few days. Once I approved the style, color, layout & edges fabrication began & installation was less than 2 weeks later. Beautiful stunning Quartz countertops!! Wanted to mention that the communication between Penn & myself was SPOT ON. I had a contact who answered every question, explaned the process and let me know who was coming to my home, when I should expect them and provided a window of time. Quality materials. Quality installation. The wait for the installation took longer than estimated and would've even taken longer had I not called to complain. There seemed to be an internal disconnect in communication with this.
