My car was hit in the church parking lot at the end of August. I am a teacher and this was definitely a very inconvenient time for this to happen. The person who hit me wanted to pay the repairs themselves. This shop was recommended to me by Nissan. My car is a Murano. I went there and Steve was so helpful and explained everything. He gave me an estimate and explained that until they took the bumper off, they would not know if there was any additional damage under it. He explained that the estimate could go up due to this.

The quality of service and professionalism that I've experienced at Genuine Collision seems really rare in 2025. That makes me really appreciate the personal touch, prompt follow-through, and reliability I've experienced not once, but twice, at Genuine Collision. I got a quote for a recent repair at a neighboring repair shop that was literally three times as much as Genuine Collision's estimate. The final cost matched the estimated price and the costs for both parts and labor was substantially lower than the competitor's. The repair was completed on time and looked fantastic. I recently had some repair work done at Genuine Collision after a deer ran into my new car and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, promptly, and with great care. A big shoutout to Steve, the manager, who was fantastic throughout the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and kept me informed at every stage. Steve took the time to walk me through the estimate, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect — no surprises, just honest and straightforward communication.
