Jane is wonderful in every way ! so professional and her place of business is immaculate and so incredibly sanitary. I struggled with facial hair for years, getting worse as I got older and I am so incredibly happy to say the beard is gone !!!!! less than a year of sessions ! permanent hair loss !!! i spent a fortune on laser hair removal and it would always come back. I have PCOS which causes unwanted hair growth. I chose electrolysis because I wanted it gone permanently. Jane knew what PCOS was and understood my situation. Her office is private, clean and her machine is state of the art so there is no pain! She is efficient and very, very affordable but also kind and empathetic which is necessary. She has seen it all in her years of practice so there is no shame or embarrassment. With regular appointments, after about a year, the hair is nearly gone from my face. I wish I found Jane years ago.
