Car Repair near Medford

“My car was hit in the church parking lot at the end of August. I am a teacher and this was definitely a very inconvenient time for this to happen. The person who hit me wanted to pay the repairs themselves. This shop was recommended to me by Nissan. My car is a Murano. I went there and Steve was so helpful and explained everything. He gave me an estimate and explained that until they took the bumper off, they would not know if there was any additional damage under it. He explained that the estimate could go up due to this.

Well, there was additional damage. Steve worked so hard to keep costs as close to the original estimate as possible. He was in constant communication with me, and worked on getting the car finished in a timely manner knowing that I just went back to school.

The day that Steve called me to tell me about the crack under the bumper, I was in a bank sitting with a banker opening an account. After I hung up, she apologized for overhearing my conversation. She then said that she had never heard a mechanic sound so caring and genuine as Steve. She told me she was totally in shock.

All the work done was great. There was some glue or something on the headlight and I asked Steve about it and he took care of it right away. Steve knew my Murano is a lease and I had concerns about the damage which had now been fixed and turning in the vehicle. He explained the process and told me not to worry. He said that he used to take leases in for Nissan, and explained that minor scratches or such would not be a problem. (There were none after they completed the work, but I was still nervous.) He then gave me some touch up paint in case I ever needed it.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Steve is amazing. I should have written this review months ago, but life gets in the way sometimes (and I was being a little lazy too). My only regret in this whole situation is that I did not write this review months ago.
