I've had Chopper for about 3 years, and this was the first time I ever left him anywhere other than home. He's a rescue Pit mix — overprotective and aggressive toward strangers — so leaving him for 10 days while I traveled out of the country was nerve-wracking, to say the least.
After meeting with the owners at Bed & Biscuit Kennels, I immediately felt at ease. They were warm, professional, and genuinely put my mind at rest. When I dropped Chopper off, I'll admit I was a little emotional (almost cried — don't judge me). This was our first stay at Bed and Biscuit and will remain to be the place we bring our dog while we are away. They are such nice people that run and work the place. Answered all our questions and just made us feel great about leaving our dog in their care for 8 days. Last place my dog left depressed and lost some lbs with no feedback. Here was like night and day difference. That says it all. Thank you guys for being so nice and taking excellent care of our pup. Will be back! Annmarie, Chris and Spot :)
Terence and his staff are very caring for our dog (he walks right in!) and helpful to us! They are very flexible when arranging his stays and go above and beyond making sure we are all happy. I highly recommend Bed & Biscuits Medford.
