Love the fact that I can get a better grooming there after boarding than the groomer we were using. Wish more people would tip the staff as a way of showing appreciation for what they do.

Our first stay was a great success! Finnegan (our 10 month old puppy) came home happy and healthy! The staff is great! Gave us peace of mind to see his photos on Instagram knowing that he was having fun while we were too. Thanks to the staff and Joe for everything!

They used to be called Polished Pups… I’m not sure why they changed the name but they’re still top-notch. My only critique is that this time and (& I’m sure it was just an oversight. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt) they did wash my dog, They did dry her, but they forgot to either brush her or blow her out and so when she got in my car there was hair everywhere! clean hair but still hair nonetheless. I’m sure they will fix the problem. I am definitely going to give them another opportunity. I used to go to them in the past. I’ve never had a problem that’s why I said I would give them another chance so I will update this message after that second...read full review
