My girlfriend was trapped and pressured to purchase a flat-iron and treatment. They make her feel guilty for tacking up their time. Item prices started at $750.00 for both items and keep insisting that she won't ever get this price again, as they dropped the price by a few hundred dollars a couple times. Finally the $750.00 was $210.00 plus a $50.00 garentee. She got home to find it wasn't the product and showed me. We went there to get her money back and the don't give refunds or exchanges. Off to small claims and settlement made in full, plus the fees. Horrible and they shouldn't be in any of simon malls.

My feet are loving life thanks to Tina. Relaxing care for tired feet in need of color and a good scrub. I will never go where sanitation is a question. Rest assured that the Beauty Express is clean as a whistle. I watched as the tubs were cleaned and sanitized with great care.
