I remember going to this place back around 2013 I liked the instructors I really did but there really wasn't much diversification of advanced individuals to train against I did notice that within the first few months the people I was sparring against didn't seem to be much more skilled then I was even though some of them have been training for multiple years which I did find quite odd. However there was 1 female Asian female student that definently did demonstrate advanced skills to me so its hard to say if it was completely just poor training or the students themselves. One instructor raped girls, but the others were nice, not to many people that joined, and every class was awkward, overall it's a ok experience, but I wouldn't completely recommend it, but please, trust and student that went there for five years.

I went there for a short time and when things are easier for me I plan on going back but the teachers and people are extremely kind and welcoming. I plan on bringing my 14 year old daughter there soon she's interested in taking kickboxing. 😃 Keep up the great energy!
